Because ReelMax provides digital assets that are delivered instantly upon purchase via download links or cloud access, all sales are final.

• No Refunds: Once payment is completed and download links are issued or accessed, we do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or chargebacks. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or saved.

• Technical Issues: If you face any issues accessing your Google Drive folders or downloading your video bundle, please email us directly at info@reelmax.xyz with your order number and payment details. Our technical team will resolve the link issue or provide alternative download access within 12–24 hours.

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same bundle twice in a single session due to a gateway glitch, please reach out to our support team with both transaction receipts. We will review the logs and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
