1. Digital Product Delivery & Licensing

  • Instant Delivery: All products sold on ReelMax are digital files hosted on secure cloud storage (such as Google Drive). No physical products will be shipped to you. Upon successful payment, download links will be provided instantly on the checkout screen and delivered to your registered email address.

  • Usage License: When you purchase a bundle (Starter, Growth, or Ultra HD), ReelMax grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, lifetime license to download, edit, and upload these video assets to your personal or business social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, repackaging, or sharing the original Google Drive links or raw source files of the ReelMax bundles to any third party. The files are for your individual creator or brand use only.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR/₹). We reserve the right to change our prices or discontinue packages at any time without prior notice.

  • Secure Payment: All transactions are processed via secure, third-party encrypted payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all purchases.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant digital nature of our assets, all purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Once download links are exposed or delivered, we cannot revoke access, and therefore cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • Technical Assistance: If a link is broken, inaccessible, or corrupted, contact us at support@reelmax.xyz with your order details, and we will issue fresh links or resolve the access issue within 12–24 hours.

4. Content Disclaimer & Social Media Compliance

  • No Growth Guarantees: ReelMax provides premium, pre-edited, and raw high-quality video assets to save you editing time. We do not guarantee viral growth, specific view counts, follower increases, or monetary earnings. Your social media growth depends entirely on your consistency, scheduling, and algorithm behavior.

  • Platform Terms: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload complies with the community guidelines and monetization policies of the respective platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube). ReelMax is not responsible for any copyright claims, shadowbans, or account suspensions on your social media channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReelMax, its owners, or team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital bundles, including but not limited to loss of data, social media reach, or business profits.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
