No Physical Shipping: ReelMax sells exclusively digital products (video bundles, shorts, and reels). No physical items, discs, pen drives, or printed materials will be shipped to your physical address.
Shipping Cost: Because all products are delivered digitally over the internet, there are zero shipping charges (Free Delivery) for all orders.

Instant Processing: Your order is processed immediately upon successful payment verification.
Immediate Access: You will be automatically redirected to the download dashboard showing your Google Drive access links on your screen within seconds of completing your payment.
Email Delivery: A backup copy of your order invoice along with the secure download links will be dispatched automatically to the email address you entered during checkout. This email usually arrives within 1 to 5 minutes.

Missing Email: If you do not see the delivery email in your primary inbox within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
Incorrect Email Address: If you accidentally entered a misspelled or wrong email address during checkout, your links will not reach you. Please contact our support desk immediately at support@reelmax.xyz with your payment screenshot, transaction ID, and the correct email address. We will manually verify your payment and update your delivery links within 12–24 hours.
